You can simply send us an e-mail to alexyuvero@gmail.com where our customer service team will be glad to help you with whatever you need.
We ship orders throughout the Spanish peninsula and the Balearic Islands (except for the Canary Islands and Formentera). We also send orders to Portugal. We have an active promotion of free shipping for orders of a minimum of 110€ (Spanish peninsula), 150€ (Portugal) and 230€ (Balearic islands).
We accept all the principal credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Paypal.
All the orders received after 8 a.m. are prepared and sent the next working day, except for Thursdays, when we prepare all the received orders before 3 p.m. (o si prefieres 15:00)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you want to return an article, please contact us in alexyuvero@gmail.com in the next 24 hours after receiving your order.
For us the customer assistance and the quality of our products are very important and we want to help you solve this issue with the transport. To be able to open an incident and and the corresponding complaint these three complete points to alexyuvero@gmail.com (always within the 24h after receiving the order):
1. Order number
2. Description of the issue
3. Clear pictures of:
a) damage in the goods
b) external packaging
c) internal packaging
d) shipper’s expedition sticker
It can take up to 14 working days from the date of the request. We will send you an email to confirm once the refund has been processed.
All the refunds will be done through the original payment method. If you paid through credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the issuing bank of the credit card in a period of 7 to 10 working days. If you have any further doubt, please, contact your bank to know when will they publish the credit in your account.
